About the Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role where no two days look the same! You'll lead and execute all marketing activity across the business - from traditional advertising through to digital campaigns, social media, website management, and in-store promotions. You'll work closely with leadership, sales teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life and connect with the community.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies

Manage the company website, online store and content

Oversee social media platforms and create engaging digital content

Coordinate print, radio, TV and POS marketing

Analyse campaign results and adjust strategies for impact

Collaborate with store managers to drive local area marketing initiatives

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in a marketing role within retail, FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry

A mix of strategic and hands-on skills across traditional, digital and social media

Strong project management and creative execution skills

Experience managing websites and content systems (Shopify, WordPress or similar)

A genuine passion for retail and customer engagement
