Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of all gaming areas, including pokies, TAB, and KENO
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
Oversee cash handling, CRT/ATM operations, and end-of-day reconciliation
Support, lead, and develop team members on the gaming floor
Monitor gaming performance, uphold high standards of customer service, and maintain venue presentation
Essential Requirements:
Valid RSA and RCG certifications
Strong working knowledge of:
Poker machine operations
TAB and KENO systems
ATM and CRT procedures
Cash management and reconciliation processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
