Our client in the Northern Beaches is looking for a dedicated bookkeeper to join their fast-paced and dynamic bookkeeping business. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work full-time or four days a week.

Your new role

In this role, the duties involved include:

• Managing/overseeing Accounts staff
• BAS Reconciliations and submissions
• Completing end-to-end AP duties
• Weekly/fortnightly processing of payroll
• Preparation and reconciliation of bank statements
• Payroll compliance including monthly submission and reconciliation of payroll tax and superannuation

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 + years in a similar position
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
• Intermediate excel skills
• Knowledge of XERO
• BAS registered (preferably)
• Exceptional communicator, strong time management skills, the capacity to manage various deadlines, and a strong work ethic with an outgoing approach.
