The opportunity has arisen for an immediate start for a dynamic, energetic and skilled Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing company on a Full Time basis (can be flexible to Part Time 4 days), ensuring all back-office responsibilities are prepared in an efficient and timely manner. We have a fun and hard-working culture and are keen on hiring individuals with the same mindset. This role is predominantly looking after our fast food clients.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Great Supportive Team

Managing/ Overseeing Accounts staff

BAS Reconciliation and Submissions

Completing end to end AP duties including payables of suppliers

Preparation and reconciliation of bank statements

End of month transaction processing including posting of journal entries, accruals and prepayments

Weekly / Fortnightly processing of payroll via timesheet entry

Reviewing P&L's and providing variance analysis to clients

Liaising with clients on a regular basis

Payroll compliance including monthly submission and reconciliation of payroll tax and superannuation

Periodic balance sheet reconciliations

Skills and experience

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

3+ years in a similar role

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar

Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft office products

A strong work ethic with an outgoing approach

Ability to juggle multiple clients with various requirements

In addition you will be an exceptional communicator with strong time management skills, be proactive and have a positive attitude

Xero knowledge would be advantage

BAS registered would be amazing

Fanatically Organised

Fluent English

Capacity to manage various deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
