As the company continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team and support their dynamic manufacturing workforce.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving HR initiatives across the business, with a focus on supporting frontline leaders, building capability, and enhancing culture. You’ll work closely with operations, supply chain, and production teams to deliver practical, people-focused solutions aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational HR support across the manufacturing site(s)
- Partner with managers to guide employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement HR best practices
- Coach leaders to build leadership capability and drive a high-performance culture
- Lead or support key HR projects such as engagement surveys, learning & development initiatives, and change management
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, company policies, and enterprise agreements
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Confident in handling ER/IR matters with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
