A leading professional services provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of corporate service solutions for a diverse client base. This is a key role bridging business operations and IT, ensuring value-driven solutions are delivered across payroll, governance, share registry, and financial services.

About the Role

You’ll work across the full software delivery lifecycle — from requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement through to solution design, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support. This role offers exposure to complex business processes, cross-functional projects, and a genuinely collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specs;
• Facilitate workshops and define current/future state processes;
• Support Agile delivery with user stories, UAT planning, and issue resolution;
• Write test plans, user guides, and support documentation;
• Identify risks and root causes, and recommend process improvements; and
• Work with developers, testers, and business reps to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end projects;
• Strong understanding of internal business functions;
• Experience in financial services, including unit trusts or listed issuers, is ideal;
• Skilled in stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and process documentation;
• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills; and
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PL/SQL, and business process tools
