Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, rostering, and customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards of member and guest satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee functions, events, and tournaments hosted at the club.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the club premises.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement club policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or sports club industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including RSA compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) and First Aid desirable.
