About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Quality, Compliance & Clinical Excellence Lead to join our team.

Key Duties will include:

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance documentation
  
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance, and internal audits
  
• Conduct Moving on Audits (MOA) and develop improvement plans
  
• Develop clinical policies in line with legislation and best practice
  
• Mentor staff to ensure safe, effective client care
  
• Coordinate incident reporting and manage the Risk Register
  
• Lead accreditation and external audit preparation
  
• Deliver staff training on infection control and clinical excellence
  
• Participate in key advisory and governance meetings
  

Requirements

Essential:

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
  
• Several years experience in aged care or healthcare
  
• Has experience in quality systems and regulatory compliance
  
• Proficient with M365 and other cloud based applications
  
• Holds a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
  

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualifications in quality, risk, or governance
  
• Certification in auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
  
• Training in infection control
