About the role

Join the team at Chevron Money Australia as a Home Loan Broker. In this full-time role based in Burleigh Waters, QLD, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home loan process and securing the best financing options to suit their needs. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital part in helping Australians achieve their property ownership dreams.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and property aspirations

Research and analyse a wide range of home loan products from multiple lenders

Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on the most suitable loan options

Assist customers with the application and documentation process

Liaise with lenders to secure loan approvals and manage the settlement process

Maintain strong relationships with clients and build a pipeline of referrals

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies and market trends

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a mortgage writer, assistant or home loan broker

Strong knowledge of the Australian mortgage market, lending products and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers

Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
