This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:

- Project accounting & Job Costing

- Preparation of management reporting, including forecasted statements, on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis.

- Preparing the trial balance and examining all general ledger accounts for assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenue. Providing financial numbers with commentary and providing variance analysis.

- Asset valuation

- Entering payroll costs, employee superannuation and PAYG withholding tax, salary sacrifice, commissions, and employee termination payments into monthly

- Creating New Jobs in our ERP system and closing completed jobs

- Weekly follow ups of overdue accounts

- Create Sales order in our ERP system

- Preparing weekly AR cashflow

- Closing Journal Entries at end of month

- Reconciling AR and AP for NZD and SAU account at the end of the month.

- Capturing Labor hours to jobs

- End of month Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation

- Compiling information for FBT Return & Income Tax Return
