About the role

Nocturnal Lighting is looking for a full-time Assembly Technician to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Heatherbrae, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of our high-quality lighting products, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards before being shipped to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Assemble lighting components according to detailed instructions and specifications

Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements

Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support efficient production

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role, ideally in the lighting or electronics industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Forklift licence would be an advantage
