A significant listed global services organisation is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to support their corporate accounting team. This represents an opportunity to join a global business with a strong brand and amazing reputation. You will be reporting to the Finance Director and surrounded by an experienced and accomplished team of professionals. This role will allow you to work for an organisation that promotes flexibility, good work-from-home options and good tenure with much of the accounting team. This is initially a 3-month role but could have scope to transition to permanent.

The Role:
This organisation seeks a Financial Analyst/Management Accountant to join their finance team. You will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic and globally influential organisation. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Conduct an in-depth financial analysis to provide valuable insights
• Develop budgets/forecasts to align finance and business objectives
• Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making
• Monitor and analyse costs to increase efficiency and create savings
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ERP accounting software and advanced Google Sheets skills will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
