DUTIES

• With the team, contribute to delivering the end-to-end accounting function internally and for clients including:

o Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.

o Reporting and commercial management.

o BAS and IAS preparation.

o Preparation of Special Purpose Financial Reports.

o Taxation and audit management.

o Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

• Providing support to the Department Heads and Country Manager as required

• Assisting in Treasury and Bank Guarantee management

• Management of insurance renewals

• Review and improve accounting processes and procedures

• Participate in system changes and upgrades as required

• Review of recurring monthly and ad-hoc revenue invoices to clients

• Oversight of the fortnightly and monthly payroll

• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Essential:

o CA/CPA Qualification (or working towards)

o At least 2-years’ experience in a Management Accounting role

o Well organised, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple client and internal priorities simultaneously.

o Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and best practice

o Attention to detail and accuracy.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

o Passion to gain an understanding of the renewable energy industry.

• Desirable:

o Project finance management experience

o Advanced abilities in Power BI or coding
