Mark My Words helps teachers give feedback and track writing development. We’re a small Melbourne-based EdTech team that’s growing quickly.
Your day-to-day:
Build & optimise conversion funnels - Develop and iterate React/Next.js (TypeScript) landing pages, connect them to HubSpot, and verify that every click is tracked end-to-end.
Design engaging email journeys - Create welcome, trial-nurture and re-engagement workflows that provide genuine value to educators.
Run disciplined A/B tests - Systematically test headlines, layouts, send times and CTAs, then present findings to the team.
Maintain clean, reliable tracking - Manage UTMs, GA4, GTM and custom properties so reports stay accurate and actionable.
Manage lead scoring & segmentation - Keep HubSpot scoring rules up-to-date so Sales can focus on the most engaged schools.
Translate data into insight - Build clear dashboards for funnel conversion and CAC, explain the results in plain language, and recommend next steps.
Must-haves
3–5 years hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred; Marketo/Pardot fine).
Proven record of lifting MQL → SQL conversion in B2B SaaS.
Confident editing HTML/CSS and comfortable in a React/Next.js codebase (no need to be a full-stack dev).
Data mindset—hypotheses, tests, clear reporting.
