Your Role Includes:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
• Daily living support (shopping, meal prep, household tasks)
• Community access (appointments, social outings, transport)
• Building positive relationships and accurate reporting

What You Need:

• Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) – desirable
• First Aid & CPR
• WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Availability for varied shifts across the Central Coast
• Strong communication, teamwork, and passion for care

Important: This role is community-based with shifts across various times and locations on the Central Coast. If you're seeking fixed hours or a single-location role, this may not be the right fit.
