We are an established trade services company looking for a Service Coordinator to be one of the first points of contact for our clients via the answering of phones and management of our service email folders.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide end to end management of the execution of planned and reactive maintenance tasks for the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical departments with the support of the broader administrative team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prioritise client requests and allocate resources appropriately

- Coordination of the daily schedules for our service technicians

- Managing client enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and effectively

- Coordinate the delivery of scheduled preventative maintenance

- Processing and sending of service records, reports and invoices

- Updating relevant process and procedure manuals

- Generating purchase orders/liaising with contacts for subcontracted services

- Management of site inductions

- Ad hoc duties as requested

Required characteristics:

- Professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and technicians

- Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and excellent problem solving skills

- The ability to manage your own deadlines and workflow whilst participating in a team environment

- The ability to take initiative

- Experience in a client focused, scheduling or coordination role preferred but not essential

- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing or a similar industry preferred but not essential
