About the role

Croft Contracting Service Division is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in HVAC to join our team in Keysborough, VIC. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC service division.

What you'll be doing

Scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and repair work

Liaising with customers to understand their service needs and manage their expectations

Monitoring the progress of HVAC jobs and providing updates to customers

Ordering parts and materials required for HVAC jobs

Maintaining detailed records of all HVAC service activities

Providing administrative support to the HVAC service team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HVAC service coordination or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and technicians

Excellent organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple HVAC jobs

Working knowledge of HVAC systems and services

Proficiency in using job scheduling and customer relationship management software

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment

Uptick experience is prefered however not essential
