About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant / Closer to join a high-performance team and engage with pre-qualified, warm leads who are ready to take action.

Your focus will be to guide potential investors through our proven advisory process, clearly communicate the value of our services, and convert consultations into committed clients. No cold calling—leads are generated through inbound marketing, webinars, eBooks, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom consultations with warm leads

Understand client goals, financial position, and risk profile to position our service effectively

Confidently present our end-to-end property advisory offering

Manage follow-up conversations and nurture leads through to engagement

Maintain detailed records using our CRM and adhere to internal processes

Work closely with the Director and client onboarding team to ensure a seamless handover

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, closing, or client advisory roles

Strong understanding of property investment principles and strategy

Confident communicator with excellent Zoom presentation skills

Skilled in objection handling and building trust with sophisticated clients

Motivated, self-managed, and performance-oriented

Professional and consultative in your sales approach
