Location: Sydney (Eastern Suburbs HQ)
Base Salary: $65K package

We are expanding our team and seeking a high-performing Investment Sales Consultant who excels in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment. This role involves no cold calling or prospecting; you will be provided with warm, qualified appointments, allowing you to focus solely on engaging clients and closing sales.

About the Role

You’ll be sitting pre-booked sales meetings daily, speaking with ready-to-act buyers who are serious about building their investment portfolio. Your job? To secure the sale and guide them through a high-trust, high-value property journey. This is straight investment sales - backed by a highly specialised team that handles property sourcing, research, and post-sale support.

What You’ll Bring

· Experience in investment property sales, like house & land packages

· Background in an investment-focused Buyers Agency preferred

· Strong ability to build rapport, close deals, and manage high-value transactions
