Role Summary:

As a Property Investment Consultant at One Central Property, you'll be at the heart of our mission to guide clients through their property investment journey. Conduct engaging Zoom or Phone Call sessions to craft personalised property portfolio plans, collaborate with our investment lending partners, and present properties that resonate with client aspirations. You'll nurture a pipeline of clients through each purchasing phase, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering new prospects through referrals.

About You:

Experience: A proven track record of success in property investment sales.

Skills: Proficiency with standard computer systems and CRM platforms.

Sales Acumen: Exceptional at selling high-value services over the phone.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with platforms like Active Campaign or Go High Level is a plus.

We'd also love you to have:

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role.

A desire to make One Central Property your long-term professional home.

A passion for property investment; active investors are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations to tailor investment strategies to client needs.

Liaise with our investment lending partners for seamless client experiences.

Present properties that align with clients' investment plans.

Manage and nurture a client pipeline, ensuring a smooth purchasing journey.

Cultivate new prospects through referrals and maintain strong client relationships.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Quantitative:

Sales: Minimum of 4 sales per month.

Connects: Minimum of 20 connections with leads per day.

Pipeline management: Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM, with 100% of interactions recorded and follow up tasks set

Reviews: Minimum of half your clients purchased for leave a Google testimonial, maintaining a 5/5 service rate.

This is a Hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days working in our North Sydney Office with option to work remotely from home on set days.
