Our client is a large ASX listed Group that are currently undergoing a large enterprise wide complex payroll transformation for 15K+ employees.

About the role
This role will support a business-critical payroll transformation, reporting to the Program Lead. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across multiple payroll streams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with system functionality
• Support testing, training and change readiness activities
• Identify risks and help manage issues during implementation
• Translate technical system updates into business-friendly language

Skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience in payroll transformation projects
• Strong understanding of ADP or similar payroll systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience in large, complex environments
• Award interpretation experience
