We’re on the hunt for a Junior OR Experienced Interior Designer to join a fun, dynamic design studio based in the Hills District. They work alongside some of the most well-known residential builders, delivering high-end kitchen, bathroom and joinery designs across a wide variety of homes.

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Need:

• A formal qualification in Interior Design or a related field
• Joinery design experience
• Proficiency in CAD software in a professional environment
• Previous customer-facing experience (design, sales or service)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
• A collaborative attitude and strong work ethic
• A professional, personable manner with a good sense of humour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meeting with clients to plan and customise all elements of their home's design – interiors, exteriors, staircases, and joinery
• Providing expert advice on product lines, finishes, and design combinations
• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers, and trades to ensure product availability and design intent is achieved
• Collaborating with the residential sales team for client referrals and project updates
• Responding promptly to client enquiries and guiding them through the design process
• Managing the full design journey from initial brief to final selections and documentation
• Taking ownership of the client experience and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
