We're helping to seek an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join the team and help bring client's dream homes to life.

The Role:
As the sole Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning, functional, and innovative interior designs for high-end residential projects. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and our project managers to deliver exceptional living spaces that align with the aesthetic and functional needs of each individual home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations for approval.
• Create detailed floor plans, material selections, color palettes, and lighting designs.
• Source high-quality furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the project's vision and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury home design and apply innovative ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Provide on-site design support during the installation process, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
• Ensure that every design decision enhances the overall luxury experience of the home, from functionality to aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential designs and creative problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and high-end materials.
• Excellent proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to think outside the box and offer unique, high-end design solutions.
• A deep understanding of budgets, timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality.
