Are you passionate about baking and eager to take the next step in your career? PCS Butchery Pty Ltd is looking for Qualified Butcher to join our team and help create fresh, high-quality meat products for our customers every day.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering approximately 38 hours per week. You must be available for a flexible roster, including weekends and some public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Trimming, deboning, cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to the required shape and size for display or as specified by customer orders.

Preparing crumbed meat cuts, as well as marinating, seasoning, and curing selected cuts for enhanced flavor and texture.

Selecting and preparing meats for the production of small goods, ensuring quality and consistency.

Operating machinery for grinding, mixing, mincing, and tenderizing meat as part of the production process.

Creating custom seasonings and pickles by blending spices, salt, and other key ingredients to enhance product flavor.

Utilizing sausage fillers, smoking chambers, and cooking kettles or vats to produce specialty meat products.

Offering expert advice to customers on the best cuts of meat for various cooking methods and meal preparations.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum one or more year of Butcher experience OR a Certificate III in Retail Butcher
Ability to work mornings,afternoon, evening, weekends, and public holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and food safety regulations
Attention to detail
