About the role

Stables Lane Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Retail Butcher to join our team in Woy Woy, NSW. As a Retail Butcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality meat products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products to customer specifications

Displaying and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the meat counter and related areas

Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management

Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

Collaborating with the broader team to ensure efficient and effective store operations

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Butcher or in a similar role

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional product knowledge

Proficiency in cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
