Clover Valley Meat Company is a leading import, export, wholesale, and retail butchery based in Alexandria, NSW. We proudly supply premium meat to top-tier restaurants, hotels, airlines, and cruise lines across Australia and internationally.

Due to sustained growth, we’re expanding our team and are now hiring qualified tradespeople for several key roles.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent, hands-on opportunity within a well-established business. You'll be working in a clean, high-volume production environment with a supportive team and early start/finish shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Portion cutting and trimming to order specifications

Retail display preparation and product rotation

Packing and dispatching wholesale orders

Inventory management and cold room operations

Maintaining food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards

Supervising small teams (for supervisory roles)

Meeting KPIs and production schedules

What We’re Looking For

Full Australian work rights are essential – Australian citizens or permanent residents only

Proven experience in butchery or meat processing

Certificate III in Meat Processing (preferred)

Strong knife skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player

Able to work in chilled environments and meet physical demands
