We’re on the lookout for a Sales and Marketing Manager who can match our energy, drive our vision, and help take the P1 experience to the next level.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and strategic Sales and Marketing professional to shape the growth and visibility of Adelaide’s most thrilling entertainment destination. The role is full-time and based on-site at our vibrant city location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans that align with P1's brand and growth objectives.

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and promote events and experiences.

- Identify and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, sponsors, and promotional partners.

- Oversee social media presence, SEO/SEM initiatives, and website content management.

- Analyse customer data and market trends to adjust strategies for maximum impact.

- Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI.

- Represent the brand at industry events and develop community engagement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.

- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.

- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.

- A self-starter with a passion for creative ideas and delivering results.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for major events.
