We’re now seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help amplify the P1 brand across all channels.
About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative engine behind our campaigns, working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to deliver engaging promotions, boost audience reach, and ensure every guest knows P1 is the place for unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-venue channels.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Coordinate promotional activities and assist in planning events and launches.
- Analyse customer insights and campaign results to improve performance.
- Assist with website content updates and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Work with graphic designers and media partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities to keep P1 ahead of the curve.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
