About the Role
We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team - with a special focus on managing and growing our beloved craft portfolio. This role is perfect for a sales-focused professional who enjoys building lasting relationships and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Manage and nurture existing accounts, convert inbound leads, and identify new opportunities.
Sales Focus: Sell event space and sponsorship opportunities to SMEs, ensuring their involvement is valuable and beneficial. You will have the opportunity to work across more than one industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and operations coordinators to deliver successful, well-organized events that exceed client expectations.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings and attendance at events.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track client interactions and ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
Ideal Candidate
Event Expertise: Previous experience in event sales, sponsorships, or event management is highly preferred, especially within the craft, hobby, or creative industries.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with clients, understand their business needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple clients and events while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with a medium-sized, dynamic team.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools is a plus, though we can train the right candidate.
