We’re launching a new and innovative consumer electronics brand in Australia - and we’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Field Sales Specialist.
You’ll play a key role in the brand launch and ongoing growth by representing the brand at store level, building retail partnerships, and driving sales through empowering store teams with engaging product training. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love being on the front foot with customers, this is a chance to help shape something from the ground up.
This role requires hands-on field experience, a retail background, and frequent store visits to engage with sales teams, conduct live demonstrations, and provide ongoing support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver engaging in-store training sessions to boost product knowledge and sales capability.
Build strong, lasting relationships with retail partners to drive advocacy and sales performance.
Conduct regular store visits across metro and regional QLD, offering live demos and on-the-ground support.
Ensure displays are clean, compliant, and merchandised to the highest standard.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, compelling brand message.
Gather feedback from stores and continuously improve training content and tools.
Monitor competitor activity and share market insights to support strategic decision-making.
Support in-store events, launches, and promotional campaigns to maximise visibility and impact.
Maintain clear and accurate reporting on store visits, training outcomes, and performance improvements.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in field sales, retail training, or sales coaching - ideally in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of the retail environment and how to influence customer decision-making.
Proven ability to deliver hands-on training and engage store teams effectively.
A relationship-first mindset - you’re confident, personable, and trusted by your retail contacts.
Self-motivated and organised - you manage your schedule with minimal oversight and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to travel across your state, including regional areas, as needed.
