Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, attending to all incoming leads, customer satisfaction, and overall communication with clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service and promoting Felton Industries' outdoor furniture products.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills

Customer Satisfaction and Communication abilities

Customer Service experience

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Knowledge of outdoor furniture industry is a plus

Previous experience with CRM - Salesforce ideal

Ideal candidate:

Effective time management skills

Able to work both autonomously and with a team

Hungry for sales, with a drive to exceed targets

Eager to learn and develop

Either looking to enter into the sales field or an experienced sales professional looking to transition to a new industry
