Key Skills and Experience (to start with)

You should have strong ServiceNow platform design & deployment experience and ability to map client's business requirements to systems/technical requirements.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require strong written and verbal communication, and refined cultural skills

Experience across ServiceNow ServiceNow modules in addition to ITSM is highly desirable. Good CMDB and CSDM knowledge is critical for success in this role as well.

Proficiency in front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.) will be preferable.

Strong integration experience using ServiceNow's native REST APIs as well as Integration Hub is essential.

Consultative engagement style and the aptitude & mindset to work as a trusted partner in our customers' journey will be highly valued.
