The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant with a passion for customer solutions and problem-solving to join our Professional Services team. You will play a key role in implementing our industry-leading identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, ensuring seamless B2B SaaS integrations for top-tier clients across ANZ.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and design tailored integration solutions using APIs, scripting, and web development tools.
• Lead the implementation of SaaS products, ensuring smooth, efficient integration across a wide range of industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert consultation and troubleshooting support to clients.
• Create clear documentation and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or in a similar technical role working with B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration tools.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in digital identity verification, KYC, AML, or fraud prevention within industries like banking, finance, gaming, or government.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
