Role Overview

As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This includes managing a high-performing team, overseeing branding, campaign management, digital strategies, and driving off-the-plan sales performance across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all projects.

Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Oversee media, digital, and brand campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Build strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Manage marketing budgets and reporting performance to the executive team.

Provide regular insights into market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the property or real estate industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value marketing campaigns.

Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Sydney property market.

NSW Real Estate License (or ability to obtain).

Experience with off-the-plan residential sales is a must.
