As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and build strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Oversee branding, digital marketing, and campaign management across various platforms

Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership

Collaborate with product and operations teams to align customer needs with business goals

Requirements

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role

Proven track record in driving sales performance and executing successful marketing strategies

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience in managing digital campaigns and CRM tools
