Design & Build are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a growing HVAC Contractor who have a large portfolio of residential, commercial, and education sites across Sydney to carry out service and maintenance works. You will be joking a small, close knit teams with opportunities for career progression and the service division expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on various sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Ideally dual trade HVAC & Electrical or HVAC&R qualified with restricted electrical license
• Strong reporting skills with experience in Aroflo highly desired or with similar reporting software.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a fully qualified HVAC technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with an enthusiasm to continue to learn and develop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.

• Hourly pay of $50 - $60 an hour plus super based on experience.

• Mon - Fri work. Potential for weekend call outs. First 2 hours 1.5x hourly rate then afterwards 2x hourly rate
