About this EXCITING Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate person to join our team. You will be managing a small portfolio and all the co-ordination and liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure they are managed on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Communicating with your landlords and tenants

· Overseeing leasing and lease renewals to keep your landlords happy with good tenants

· Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections on a wide variety of properties

· Promptly attending to maintenance requests

Plus other portfolio based duties all within a hardworking and effective property support team, juggling multiple jobs, prioritising tasks and delegating effectively. You will have the support of a team to assist you with showing vacant properties plus an Administration team to assist you.

As a strong team player with a professional approach, you will focus on getting through tasks and constantly be looking for ways to improve.

In addition to all of this, you may have experience in Property Management plus a current QLD Driver’s license plus a current Queensland Real Estate License.
