Delavale Electrical is a fast-growing service-based electrical business based in O’Connor. We’re known for our quality workmanship, young and driven team, and forward-thinking approach to customer experience and team culture.

We’re now looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day field operations, drive efficiency across the business, and support the team as we scale.

An electrical background is highly preferred, as a deep understanding of our trade will significantly support scheduling, team management, and job flow.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing scheduling, job allocation, and team coordination

Managing stock, suppliers, and warehouse efficiency

Supporting quoting, workflow systems and team communication

Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in service delivery

Working closely with our Director to implement new ideas and improve operations

Assisting with KPI tracking and team performance reviews

Leading with a strong focus on communication, reliability, and results

What we’re looking for:

Experience in operations, scheduling or team leadership

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead a team with confidence

Tech-savvy with experience using platforms like SimPRO, Asana, or similar systems
