An opportunity exists for a sales support, administration and marketing position for our growing Sunshine Coast business. The applicant will enjoy the wide scope of work involved in the role.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager in this sales support role, you will be enthusiastic, flexible and personable, someone who takes initiative, prides themselves on their attention to detail working well in an autonomous environment.

In the admin support role, you will have great attention to detail in data entry and invoicing. Marketing duties will include managing our social media and EDM sites including Mailchimp and LinkedIn.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting Powersafe’s existing client base and prospective clients by proactively responding to enquiries via telephone, email and walk ins.

Main duties of this role

  • Providing quotations on our products over the phone and via email. (Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Program)
  • Enter, email and follow up quotations using Salesforce, training provided, (CRM system)
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information, and maintain positive experiences.
  • Increasing sales activities and opportunities through lead generation tactics (no cold calling).
  • Contribute to the Marketing arm of the business through generating social media posts and other electronic marketing programs.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including customers, and area sales representatives.
  • Resolve customer requests, questions and order variations.
  • Perform general customer service and administrative duties as required Light Administration including invoicing, filing and data entry.
  • Some light PA duties for the General Manager

Desired skills and experience

Electrical experience an advantage but not essential

Highly proactive customer service experience.

Experience with QuickBooks or similar an advantage but not essential.

Computer and IT literate including Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

CorelDraw or Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience an advantage.

Salesforce or similar (CRM) database experience an advantage.

Extensive on the job training will be provided for unfamiliar programs / skills.
