About The Role
In this role, you will be the Administration Officer, assisting with the smooth operation of the business by undertaking administrative tasks, helping to coordinate appointments, and providing support to teams and stakeholders. This role will suit an experienced, highly organised individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be motivated and able to work within a team environment and alongside various key stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- general administration duties
- diary/calendar management
- answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate people
- taking initial phone calls for potential clients and booking initial meetings
- general bookkeeping- invoicing clients/following up invoices and reconciliation of accounts
- general marketing - Facebook/Instagram posts, Google My Business posts, basic website updates
- streamlining and improving operational systems and procedures, documenting processes, and offering innovative suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- researching qualified leads and inputting contact information into a project management system
- special projects

About You

- show proficiencies with the following software- Google Drive & other Google platforms e.g. docs & sheets, social media platforms, Xero, Canva, Teamwork projects (training will be provided)

- have excellent analysis and reporting skills
- have excellent IT skills
- show the ability to work under pressure
- be independent, show initiative, be focused and open for self-development
- have excellent problem-solving and judgment skills
- show an ability to work accurately and effectively with minimum supervision
- be trustworthy
- show a professional and courteous manner both on the telephone and face-to-face at all times
