Your Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management – Maintain, organise, and track technical and project documentation
• Quality & Compliance – Ensure all documents meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordination – Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely document flow
• Systems & Process – Support continuous improvement in document control systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar admin/project support role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar preferred)
• A proactive and professional approach to communication and task management
