Iconic utilities provider looking for a Learning Management Systems analyst to help provide temporary capacity with their cornerstone system.

Our client is a great and well-known utilities provider looking for some temporary support 8 weeks support in their Learning Management systems and require an LMS Systems Analyst to help their team join immediately.

• 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week or as per Utilities applicable industry awards.
• Work in a supportive environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Play a crucial role in advancing our client's Student Management System technological capabilities.
• 8-week hourly rate engagement.
• $60 to $65 per hour base plus 11.5% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 40 hours (25% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise on Cornerstone system or any other similar and relevant learning management systems.
• Utilities industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Administration of the Cornerstone learning management system
• Transformation of course content into eLearning modules utilising authoring software
• Management of service requests and inquiries from end users
• Collaboration with stakeholders to update or introduce new items in the catalogue
• Provision of operational support to training coordinators
• Troubleshoot system errors and collaborate with support consultants to identify and test solutions
• Generate and manage reports to aid in recurring processes like career development and course completions
• Continuously improve and update system configurations
• Training session set up including room bookings and organising catering

The successful candidate will have should have:

• Some technical proficiency and experience using other systems (LMS or otherwise)
• Problem-solving skills to work through challenges
• Collaboration skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel and Outlook
• Organisational skills
