The Opportunity

Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency, currently seeking an APS5 Business Intelligence Analyst to assist the Performance Management and Quality Branch in ensuring quality Participant experience through the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.

Initial hourly rate contract spanning 12 months with the strong view for extension, offering an APS5 hourly rate of $55.24 + Super, to be based out of our clients Richmond office with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking data analytics and reporting, producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
• Extracting and presenting data in Microsoft Excel and result comparison chart formats.
• Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Preparing and presenting business intelligence reports to a variety of stakeholders.
• Coordinating branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement outcomes.
• Undertaking quality assurance processes, including sample audit programs and reports, quality trend analysis and outcomes analysis.
• Implementing and managing processes and management systems to track branch and Partner performance and achieve desired results.

About you:

• Australian citizenship is mandatory to be considered eligible to work for this Federal Government Agency.
• Ability to use data to derive insights and recommendations for performance improvements
• Ability to interpret data in the context of business operations and priorities
• Prior NDIS knowledge or experience highly advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Salesforce analytic tools or SAS experience is nice to have.
