About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to take on the role of Coordinator and Nominated Supervisor at our Pendle Hill Out of School Hours (OOSH) service. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a mix of split and block shifts with above-award wage conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pendle Hill OOSH service.

Ensure compliance with all regulations, National Law, and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Mentor and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional development and growth.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the school community.

Manage enrolments, bookings, and provide guidance during family orientations.

Maintain Quality Improvement Plans, children's health plans, and other administrative tasks.

About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A valid Working with Children Check.

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.

A valid Child Protection certificate.

Experience in the Early Childhood or OOSH sector.

Strong knowledge of the NQF, My Time Our Place (MTOP), and National Law and Regulations.
