The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in our Nambucca Heads office. With-in this unique role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and collaborate with a team of dedicated educators from both of our Family Day Care and OOSH Children’s Services. This is a Permanent Part-time Opportunity Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

What we’re looking for?

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients, service providers, and stakeholders.

Strong administration skills juggling multiple priorities at any given time.

The ability to process payments electronically

Maintain compliance and regulatory checks

Support the Nominated supervisor with any ad hoc duties

A wellbeing and health champion for the services

Report writing and submission of reports

Someone with a solid understanding in the OOSH and Children services space

Desirable

Demonstrated knowledge of my time our place framework

Cert IV or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Understanding of the Child Care subsidy system and ability to perform software application for compliance.

Software experience using OWNA or Harmony
