About the Role

We are thrilled to launch a brand new Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) site at Children First – Orana Heights and are seeking an experienced and passionate OOSH Service Coordinator to lead this exciting new service.

Location: Orana Heights, Dubbo NSW

Employment Type: Full-time – split shifts, 38 hours per week

Pay Rate: $38–$40 per hour

Additional Allowance: $150/week non-metropolitan allowance

Start Date: Monday, 14 July 2025

Highly professional, organised, and adaptable

An inspiring mentor with strong leadership skills

Emotionally intelligent, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Skilled in using CRM platforms and managing operational requirements

Flexible and able to meet the changing needs of the service

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications: Approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or School-Aged Care
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Nominated Supervisor or 4 years in a leadership role
Behaviour Guidance: Confident in supporting children with additional needs and managing complex behaviours
Certifications:

HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education & Care Setting

HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

CHCPRT025 – Identify & Report Children and Young People at Risk

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC – paid)

Knowledge: Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, CCS, and Family Assistance Law
