Immediate start for an experienced HR Advisor, ideally from within the mining sector.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team of a National mining services group in their WA offices based in the Eastern Suburbs for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the business with all generalist tasks including:

• Provision of generalist advice
• Supporting talent management and onboarding
• Leading case investigations and performance management
• Interpreting industrial tools and awards as required
• Supporting the annual cyclical activities, including performance appraisal, remuneration review etc.
• Facilitation of required coaching and development of line management
• Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives as required by Head Office

To be successful in your application, you will be an immediately available, generalist Human Resources Advisor with prior experience of employee relations and case investigations. It is essential that you have previously worked within the heavy industrial, mining or related sectors, and you must possess recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.

This position will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
