Our client is seeking an experienced Change Analyst/Change Manager to play a key role in driving the people side of change across a dynamic organization. This position will support major business transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on how change impacts people, business processes, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a change management role, preferably within system implementation, ERP, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Proven experience in supporting business readiness, identifying change risks, and conducting impact assessments.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exposure to or experience in change and learning management activities, including training design or coordination.
