Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;

• Working closely with the site supervisors to support operational matters.
• Providing Adhoc Recruitment support and onboarding of new starters.
• Support the management team with policy and procedure development.
• Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, performance management and disciplinaries.
• Driving best practice and conducting internal investigations when required.
• Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations.

As an ideal applicant, you will have;

• Previous experience within a similar capacity.
• Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on performance management, disciplinaries and recruitment.
• Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources.
• Outstanding communication style and ability.
• Excellent use of own initiative.
