Join Millennium Science part-time (3 days/week) in a hands-on service role with mentorship—ideal for new Technicians/Engineers or experienced ones seeking flexibility.

 Working as part of Millennium Science Service department and mentored by National Service Manager (NSM) & Field Service Engineer's (FSE) in developing critical skills required for this role which includes, but not limited to:

 Assisting on-field team with in-house tools and resources

 Performing Pre-delivery checks on various instruments supplied by Millennium Science

 Assisting FSE's spare parts request via Parts request form (PRF) in CRM, including logistics of these parts.

 Maintaining Registered Service tooling (RST) including logistics and recalibration of tools/jigs.

 Assist with maintaining inventory stock of Service items

 Maintaining workshop and Lab area to assure it’s been kept tidy as per instructions from NSM.

 Providing remote technical support to customers

 Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all work performed, as per SOP's

 Assisting Service Dept in creating SOPs

 Assist with monitoring & maintaining the shared Inbox and respond professionally and efficiently to customer

inquiries
